Abundant Blessings Wedding Ministry
ABUNDANT BLESSINGS, The Wedding Ministry of Christ the King Church, supports all people who wish to join their lives together. Bishop David has performed over 1000 weddings in New Mexico and Iowa, and works with couples to achieve the ceremony of their desire. Although Bishop David is an ordained Catholic priest, he is a non-denominational officiant for weddings in the States of New Mexico, Iowa, and the State of Wisconsin. Especially encouraged to investigate Abundant Blessings are couples who wish a catholic or religious wedding ceremony but have been prohibited in their churches by a divorce, cohabitation, or non-membership.
Bishop David and Christ the King Old Catholic Church do not discriminate regarding marriage and weddings in orientation. Bishop David supports gender-common marriage, that is gay marriage, and has celebrated gay weddings over the last decade. Each couple is treated with the dignity and respect that every wedding couple expects in preparation for their special day.
